Easy to Find

How do I find what I am looking for?

Pick out one word that would be included in description of the file you are looking for, such as car, title, mustang, insurance, etc. For this example, I picked MUSTANG.

Enter it into the Lookup box. Hit Go.

Now see all the files in your system with that word in the description.

You can easily find the title for your mustang in the last entry, file # 2394.

Always find what you're looking for.

Simple, fast, easy.

What happens if I don't find anything?

Pick another word and try again. For example, if you tried to find your title by using the word automobile, you wouldn't find it. But try again and use the word mustang or 1983 or red or convertible or car or title or insurance or bill of sale.

I still can't find what I am looking for

Run Lookup again and leave box empty. You will see everything in your filing system in the order in which you added it. Read over the descriptions and find what you are looking for.

You might say, "Gee, that takes a lot of time." Well compare what you would have to do in a conventional file system if you couldn't remember how you filed it. You would have to physically open up and look at every file in your system. How much time would that take? So you see how much more efficient Easy2File is, even when you can't remember any of the words you used to describe the material you filed.

Now that you see how easy it is to find material, let's see how it makes you More Productive
