Credit Card Use

We use a third party company to collect your credit card information and present it to your credit card company. They are responsible for protecting it from theft. We never have knowledge of your credit card information. If you wish to know their name, please select Contact Us and follow the instruction to email Support with your request. You agree to hold Computer Services Corporation harmless from any claims pertaining to your credit card information and to direct any claims against the 3rd party company that you dealt with when you elected to buy from this site. If you are concerned about using the web with your credit card, you may pay by check by mailing it to Computer Services Corporation, Accounting Office, 1544 Greenbriar Court, Boulder, CO 80305. You specifically authorize Computer Services Corporation to renew your service for the same term and for the same price as your last term of service without notice to you and to bill your credit card company for your recurring service.

Limited Warranties

Programs run on this site are not perfect. Computer Services Corporation makes a diligent effort to design and program carefully so users are not impacted by any program failures or misuse on the part of any user. When programs errors or problems are reported to Computer Services Corporation, every effort will be made to diagnose the problem and to fix it expeditiously.

However, the user agrees and understands that there may be unforeseen circumstances when it will not function as the user expects and time, data and opportunity loss may occur. Because the service is provided over the internet, and for other reasons, there may also be times when service will not be available or operating correctly.

The user understands these real world realities and agrees that he will make no claim for such loss and should a legal claim be pursued, he agrees the maximum amount of his claim shall be not more than the cost of his last month of online service.

Termination and Refund Policy

You may terminate your service at anytime by simply following the instructions under the Support link, selecting Cancel Service and advising the date you wish your service to terminate. Computer Services Corporation may also terminate the service to you at anytime for misuse of the site or for any other reason. Whether service is cancelled by the user or by Computer Services Corporation there will be no refund of any monies paid.

Jurisdiction

The courts in Denver County, State of Colorado will have exclusive jurisdiction in all disputes relating to the use of this website, and the ordering of goods and services. Both parties agree to submit their disputes to arbitration in Denver, Colorado prior to filing in the court system.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Computer Services Corporation may change these terms and conditions with or without notice and future use of the site will be based on those terms. The date of last change is noted at the bottom of this article. Please review this link regularly to see any changes.
